All routes are fully waymarked, marshalled and colour coded, with printed route instructions. (Ordnance Survey Explorer map references sheets 204 and 218).

Marathon – 26 miles taking in the Wyre Forest
The Blue Riband of the routes which takes you around the whole Parish of Rock. It passes into and out of the Parishes of Pensax, Kinlet (Shropshire), Astley and Dunley, Bewdley and Ribbesford. The walk goes through about five miles of the Wyre Forest including a National Nature reserve, crosses golf courses, passes old coal mines, along delightful streams and, if the weather is good, offers exceptional views of the Clee, Clent, Abberley and Malvern Hills.
18 miles taking in the Wyre Forest
Similar to the 26 mile walk but does not include the section of the route taking in Pensax.
Half Marathon (13 miles) or 9 miles
A completely new route, a walk, jog or run through Heightington, skirting Abberley with a pub stop at The Bell at 8 miles.
Independent and guided 6 miles
A delightful and easy walk to Heightington Village Hall with its stunning views over the Abberley Hills and where you can linger over a cup of tea. This year the route contains only seven stiles, where previously there were 24. The guided walk is lead by a trained, experienced walk leader. Each year the route varies and walkers remain entertained throughout.
Treasure Trail 3 miles
The treasure trail takes you on a scenic walk past farms, cattle and sheep and the dereliction of Whitehouse Farm, to The Bell Pub before returning to the Village Hall. Each child is given a sheet with items to look out for. Fun for all the family.
